We also understand that if you wanted to get your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment you would have to sit in a classroom and spend hours demonstrating that you know how to Design, Deliver and Assess. Not with us! We have done our homework and determined what areas you already know and what areas you will need to know to be able to make the transition into training within the VET sector.
Instead of spending time teaching you what you already know, we have developed a customised course that is tailored to registered teachers. It is a combination of Recognition of Prior Learning “RPL” and teaching what you need to know to succed as a VET trainer.
