Speak with Ease has recently gone into partnership with All Australian Training to allow us to deliver the Cert IV in Training and Assessment. We have done this because we feel that the current delivery of the course is not of a high standard and is more government-focussed than trainer-focussed.

Completing your TAE with Speak with Ease guarantees you a Nationally Recognised qualification, but more than that you are being trained by trainers who have been there, done that and are still doing it. We have structured a course that has a balance of theoretical infomation as well as giving you plenty of opportunity to develop your skills as a trainer and assessor (the soft skills).

Our delivery method is self-paced with the option of attending a face-to-face crash course over 1-2 days depending on your previous skills and knowledge. The face-to-face component is designed to give you a basic understanding of the course content, required skills and knowledge as well as giving you an opportunity to present in front of a group.

With any training, support is the key and this is something we have invested a lot of time and money, to ensure you have everything you need. You will be supported with up to date, easy to follow learning materials and assessment tasks. Audio recordings of each module so it’s as if you have your own personal TAA trainer where ever you are, as well as unlimited phone and email support for the duration of your course.

The benefits of self-paced learning is you can start and complete the course at your own pace and slot in to any of the face-to-face crash courses that we conduct.

Self paced course will cost $1350

Self paced course plus face-to-face crash course will cost $1650

The benefits of attending the face-to-face crash course is that you will be able to complete a good portion of your assessment during that time as well as having the opportunity to learn the key concepts and foundation units in an interactive and highly engaging training environment. If you are unable to join a face-to-face course, the audio modules will give you the same information that you would receive in the face-to-face component. So it’s up to you and your learning preference.
